The service
Voicento provides software to place and manage calls and messages. Plans are billed per seat, month to month, with no contract. Phone minutes and phone numbers are billed at Voicento's rates. Messages and data lookups are billed at cost. All usage is billed on a separate itemized invoice.
Cancellation and refunds
The account owner can cancel at any time in the app (Settings, Billing). You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not billed again. If Voicento is not right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of the payment for your first paid month, and we refund that month's plan fee in full. Usage is not refunded.
Your responsibility for compliance
You are responsible for your lists, your consent records, and your compliance with the TCPA, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, state telemarketing laws and do-not-call rules. Voicento's compliance tools help you follow these rules; they do not replace legal advice.
Acceptable use
Do not use Voicento for calls or messages to numbers without the consent the law requires, for spoofed caller IDs, for fraud, or to harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that break these rules or that put our carriers or other customers at risk.
Your data
You own the data you upload. You can export it while your account is active. Our privacy policy explains how we process it.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
